Level of comfort depends on sofa collection. Most of our collections use our seat and back cushions contain 2.0-lb, high-density foam cores wrapped in a softer plush foam. The overall cushioning is both very comfortable and offers excellent support. The high-density cores help the cushions remain strong and durable over time, while the plush outer layer provides the comfort and composition found in high-end upholstered goods. Certain frames offer Trillium, a down alternative, or fiberfill on the back cushions, making them extra soft."

You have 90 days after delivery date to return an item in its original packaging. You must pay for return shipping. This type of coverage applies to all of the foundational elements of your furniture: wood frames, springs, joints, bases, legs, and hardware, which are integral to the life of your product. We promise to pay standard rates for repair if needed or to provide an alternative solution should the issue be unable to be repaired.
One-Year Limited Warranty coverage applies to any manufacturer’s defects or shipping damage to our legs, fabrics, leathers, foams, seams, tufting, mattresses, wood stains, and finishes. If a repair is needed, we will pay standard rates for repair, or provide an alternative solution should the item be unable to be repaired.
Joybird does feature reviews on their website and have quite a lot of them. They do have a mix of reviews, good and bad, but none seem to have images, so you need to go to social media to see customer photos. Plus, it seems the negative reviews are burried on their site.
Ordered July 4th and while building the sofa customizations, I received an approximate 6 week lead time til arrival. Received 7 weeks in reality, which is great! After the build updates were completed, received notification on July 29th that it left the warehouse to be shipped to regional Lazy-Boy. I heard nothing until Aug 18 which had me a little concerned. But understandable considering what I have heard other people waiting on furniture in 2020/2021. I ordered in the Milo Burgundy color, and I LOVE it, best decision made. Also, the couch is pretty great. VERY large and VERY comfortable. The only improvement I would like is a little more smooshy on the bottom seat cushions. I plan on buying a one-inch memory foam mattress topper and placing inside the bottom seat cushions to make it feel a bit better! I'd personally give this a 4.6 because of that.

It is sturdy and comfortable and pretty much what I thought I was getting. I love the arm cushions, it’s so comfortable to curl up in the corner. My boyfriend and I are both tall and we fit comfortably on it, it has nice seat depth and is long enough for either of us to stretch out. I chose Antonio Cedar fabric and it’s wearing in very nicely. Both the fabric and the cushions were a little stiff at first, of course, but are softening nicely with use. I got different feet to go on the couch but ended up returning them because the wood ones looked so nice. The 1 star deduction comes from the initial quality, which is good but not exceptional. Most of my previous sofas have come from Ikea or Wayfair and I did A LOT of sofa shopping to see what was out there before purchasing this one. It’s a quality sofa, but not quite the level I would hope for in a $2000 couch. They used white thread for the seaming and in parts you can see it. Its not hard to dye to match thread and it would have really improved the appearance. The back cushions seem slightly wider than they should be which causes a lot of crushing and wrinkling that I don’t love the look of in this fabric or probably most of the fabrics that were in that swatch kit. Overall though I like it and look forward to having it my home for a long time!

Have owned this sofa for about 8 months now. It looks nice and the pullout bed isn't too bad. The sofa is quite deep and the seat cushions don't fit perfectly into the seat; there is a lot of shifting of the seat cushions and they frequently need to be pushed back into place. There is a slight fabric defect on one of the cushions that came when the sofa was delivered, for which I probably should have requested an exchange or raised an issue about, but never did as I didn't want to go without a sofa much longer. Otherwise, meets expectations!
