Accept returns within 100 days of delivery. Can't return after 100 days. As long as the item is not damaged and in like-new condition, you can return it anytime before the 100-day mark. They allow ONE free return per item type, per household. Any subsequent returns will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original packaging must be retained and used in a return. If no longer have it, then $99 per item fee will be incurred.

Poly & Bark does feature reviews on their site, but only on the product pages, they do not have a main page for all reviews. Not many reviews but they do feature customer images. They do seem to only have positive reviews, which feels suspicious because they are all 5/5 stars with no criticisms.
I was looking for a green sofa and as imagined was very worried how it would look like in real life. I really liked the one I saw on poly and bark (since it was rather olive colored than emerald green). The customer service were always available and very helpful. I waited for a few days as it was not in stock, but then it was, I placed an order and I think it was delivered in 10 days. The delivery day was very smooth. They contacted me the day before, and 30 minutes before arriving. Now for the sofa, the color is lovely, it is wide, super easy to put together, and really feels of high quality. It is a bit hard, which I don't mind. I really love this sofa and would definitely recommend.
